I can recommend the yoga practice for everyone from deepest belief. Yoga is an inexhaustible source of vitality and learning about yourself.
I make Yoga a tool for everyone. Body and mind are closely connected. Through Hatha-Yoga the student experiences the conscious perception of body and mind states and thus learns the harmonious and holistic treatment of himself.
The gaze is directed from outside to inside to become aware of the states of the breath and the body.
Through various meditation techniques a space of inner silence is created.
Become aware of how we breathe and how we can use our breath both to calm the mind and harmonize and to vitalize.
Through mobilization and connection of breath and movement a state of meditation in dynamics is initiated.
Yoga postures give strength, flexibility and balance. They make it possible to release tension, back pain and discomfort caused by certain posture habits.
Savasana rest gives the body the opportunity to release muscular tension and anxiety and to save energy more effectively.

Most public health insurance companies subsidize one or two yoga courses per year at 50-100%. I offer ten-week courses that meet the requirements of the health insurance companies. At least 8 out of 10 dates have to be attended in order for a course to be subsidized. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of participation which you can submit to your insurance company. Write me if you have any suggestions.

The emphasis is on posture and breathing exercises with detoxifying effects, which stimulate the metabolism and digestion and thus strengthen the immune system. An intensive exercise to start the day with flexibility, strength and mental concentration.
The focus is on strengthening the body's energy, reducing stress and promoting health. It will help you to become familiar with the asanas, focusing on alignment and breathing flow within the postures. It is the perfect tonic to decelerate and discover inner balance.
The session focuses on the development of more mobility and flexibility of the spine.
The emphasis is on posture and breathing exercises specifically designed to make the body aware of the imbalances caused by this condition. Certain segments of the spine are worked on to achieve greater flexibility, stretching and tonicity.
Postures and breathing exercises specially designed for pregnant women. Special attention to the cultivation of a greater awareness and sensitivity of the body in the different phases of pregnancy.
