Hygiene & Distance Concept at Maite Yoga

Hygiene rules that we must observe

(as of June 5, 2020)

1. Distance

The minimum distance of 1.5m must be observed - not only in the classroom, but also when entering and leaving the yoga room.

2. Entering and leaving the room

When entering and leaving the room, as well as in the corridors and on the way to the toilet, a mouth and nose protector must be worn.

3. Bring your own resources

Bring your own yoga mat and if necessary other equipment (blanket, blocks...), I cannot provide any equipment at the moment.

4. Wash your hands

Wash or disinfect your hands when entering the room. Disinfectant is available.

5. Time

The yoga classes may only last 60 minutes at the moment and the number of participants is limited to 3.

6. Yoga mat

Please place your yoga mat in the specially marked places.

7. Verbal instruction

To avoid physical contact, there are only verbal instruction.

8. Outfit

Please come into the room already dressed.

9. Beverages

Please bring a drink in a sealable bottle.

10. Documentation

Names and attendance times of the participants will be documented.

11. Ventilation and cleaning

There will be regular ventilation of the room and cleaning of all surfaces that are frequently touched (e.g. door handles and grips, handrails, hand basins, taps, etc.

12. Participation restrictions

Persons with contact to COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days and persons with unspecific general symptoms and respiratory diseases of any severity are not allowed to attend yoga classes.

13. Participation only with registration

The participation in a course is only possible with registration. Booking/cancellation is possible by email or telephone. Cancellation is possible up to 4 hours before the start of the lesson at the latest, later cancellations will be charged for the lesson.
